2016 SPV Reserve Sparkling Vermentino
"Methode Traditionelle" Handcrafted by Ray Costanzo. A textural, rich, full flavoured wine with the fruity characterisitcs of Vermentino and a fine, creamy bubble.
The base wine for was wild fermented in 2-year-old French oak then left on lees for 2 years prior to tirage. Then left to rest for a further 12 months.
Pear and citrus on the nose supported by subtle yeast characters.
