This is a very delicate Sangiovese with plenty of length. Loads of fruit upfront delivered in a delicate envelope of savory tannin and crunchy acidity.
This Sangiovese was Fermented in stainless steel on skins for 10 days. Pressed to 2-5 year old French and American oak for 8 months aging. Racked to tank and readied for bottle.
No Filtration and No Fining were used on this wine. As a result you may get some slight sediment over time.
