This is a rich textured traditional Sardinian style of Vermentino designed to be enjoyed with richer creamier foods. The nose is full of spicy floral tones, citrus blossom, pear and hints of oak while the palate is rich and full with a creamy texture and a long persistent finish. This wine has been further enhanced and enriched through the partial use of natural fermentation in new oak.

A sprinkle of hail early on in the season damaged some of the outside bunches. Overall fruit quality was good.
