A dry Vermentino fermented on full skins for 10 days, plunged twice each day to extract maximum flavour from the skins while enhancing the overall richness and length of the wine. Ginger, spice and musk all leap from the glass. A food wine at heart with mouth-watering phenolics layered amoungst spicey ripe fruit and balanced acidity.
Mandarin peel, ginger biscuit spice and a flurry of white flowers consume the nose. So fresh yet there's a well handled weight adding moreishness. A faint minerally vibe muses in the background with white fleshed stonefruit waltzing with ease. Finishing with a mouth watering grapefruit acidity

Needs something rich and flavorsome. Sardines in a rich tomatoe sauce would do nicely.
