52% Sagrantino 41% Vermentino 7% Sauvignon Blanc (Granite Belt)
Sagrantino was split into free run and pressings. Pressings barrel fermented in older French Oak.
Vermentino was tank fermented with a portion being fermented on full skins for ten days.
