A dry Vermentino fermented on full skins for 10 days, plunged twice each day to extract maximum flavour from the skins while enhancing the overall richness and length of the wine. Basket pressed and left to rest before bottling. Ginger, spice and musk all leap from the glass. A food wine at heart with mouth-watering phenolics layered amongst spicy ripe fruit and balanced acidity.

A dry warm start to year produced a very clean crop.
