Estate grown fruit was used to produce this textured and aromatic Sauvginon blanc. Bursts of passionfruit, guava and lime on the nose are well complimented by the partial French oak fermentation which adds to the overall mouthfeel, structure and depth of this wine.

14.5 % Barrel fermentation in 3 year old French Oak. Kept on lees for 2 months.
