An old school blend of different vintages of Chardonnay and Semillon that is sure to intrigue. All parcels in this wine were 100% naturally fermented in French oak and kept on lees for up to 12 months. An exceptionally textural wine that displays the freshness and lime juice of Semillon and the creaminess and richness of Chardonnay.
Both varieties were a little clumsy on their own. But paired together they created this flavorsome wine.
