Due to the relentless drought and not picking any grapes from our vineyard these grapes were sourced from Chalmers vineyard in Merbein. Beautiful clean grapes!!
25% Barrel fermentation with natural yeast and left on lees for 2 months. 4% of total was fermented on full skins for 10 days.
