Deep crimson in colour with a powerful nose of spice, blackberry and hints of cedar. The palate is rich with sweet fleshy fruit up front, soft chalky tannins and well-integrated oak.

Good clean fruit hand harvested
Winemaker Notes
A cool climate shiraz at heart. Treated very gently during fermentation as well as in our oak regime. Combination of American and French oak approx. 20% new.
This wine needs time in a cellar (3-5 years) to show its best.
